KLA Waterman, LLC publishes maxclawos.com to describe the MaxClawOS Wallet, a hardware signing device, and the Pasadena studio that designs it. The site is informational.
We do not offer accounts, custody of keys, or a service for the purchase, sale, exchange, or trading of crypto assets. We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Product images and specifications describe hardware. They are not an offer to enter a transaction in any asset.
2. Using the site
You agree to use the site for lawful purposes, to give accurate contact details if you write to us, and not to interfere with the site. You agree not to send a recovery phrase or any other secret through the contact form or by email. We are not responsible for a secret you send despite that request.

Text, images, the device design shown here, and the MaxClaw OS name are owned by KLA Waterman, LLC or used with permission. You may not copy the images or the product design for your own device. Names of other hardware wallets mentioned in the journal belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with them.
4. No warranty
The site and the product descriptions are provided as available. We work to keep them accurate and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or that a description will match a future enclosure. A hardware device can be lost, damaged, or used carelessly. Read the security page and the recovery note for the limits of the design.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by California law, KLA Waterman, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for loss of data, or for a loss that follows from reliance on the site, from a third party’s actions, or from a technical interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Los Angeles County, California, are the venue for disputes, unless a consumer protection law requires otherwise.
