FAQ
Questions we expect, answered in full.
If you are checking whether this site offers anything beyond the device itself, start with the second question.
It is a hardware wallet, a small metal signing device made by KLA Waterman, LLC. MaxClaw OS is the firmware on the device. The key is created in a secure element, shown work is confirmed on the device screen, and a written card of 24 words is the backup. The product page has the specifications.
No. KLA Waterman, LLC does not offer the purchase, sale, exchange, or trading of crypto assets. This website is product information. There is no order book, no conversion desk, and no account that holds value for a client.
No. The seed is created on the device and stays in the secure element. We do not receive it, store it, or restore it from our side. If the device and the written card are both gone, the key is gone.
At rest, a padlock. During a session, the action and the address as MaxClaw OS decoded them. The computer’s window is a separate display. The screen note explains why that split exists.
Both buttons, pressed together, approve the session on the screen. The left button alone dismisses it. A click on the computer does not approve a session.
If the recovery card is safe, its words can be entered on a replacement device. We cannot do that step for you, and we will not ask you to send the words. Read the recovery note before writing them down anywhere but the card.
No. The site describes a piece of hardware and the studio that designs it. Nothing here is a recommendation to acquire or dispose of any asset.

No. Those names appear in our journal because they shaped the category: a readable screen and physical buttons on one side, a secure element on the other. They are trademarks of their owners. MaxClawOS Wallet is a separate device from KLA Waterman, LLC.
